  12.    I have been reading over the board and there is a lot of talk dealing
  13. with drug tests and the like.  I hope to clear up a few myths by sending
  14. this letter to whoever reads it.  NORML writes a piece of literature on
  15. the subject of beating piss tests and I have a copy.
  16.     IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WASH YOURSELF OUT, drink lots of fluids
  17. and use diuretics like coffee, cranberry juice, and beer.  Vinegar
  18. doesn't work and neither does phenylpropanolamine (the active ingredient
  19. in Dexatrim).  The night before the test, drink as much fluids as you
  20. can stand and piss in the morning because morning urine is the
  21. "dirtiest".  Prepare for the test by drinking more fluids and boost with
  22. diuretics.  You can color your piss yellow with for a few hours with
  23. vitamin b-2 (found in b-complex vitamins).  Use a 50- or 100-milligram
  24. dose.
  25.     IF YOU HAVE A SHORT NOTICE, take an 80-milligram dose of
  26. prescription diuretic Lasix (furosemide), take a hefty drink of water,
  27. piss two or three times and take the test.
  28.     WARNING!!! Diuretics can be harmful to people with kidney
  29. dysfunctions, pregnant women and diabetics.
  30.     DRUG SCREENS, drugs which mask traces of drugs in urine, are
  31. undocumented although many claim sucess.  These might be unreliable, but
  32. I'm putting them in here anyway. 
  33. |        Zinc Sulfate, available from pharmasists and in a health
  34. product Zinc                 |Challenge, should be taken twice, once the
  35. night before and once a few hours |before the test in 250-milligram
  36. doses.  WARNING- DON'T TAKE ANYMORE THAN THIS |BECAUSE OF POTENTIAL
  37. TOXIC EFFECTS.  Take this in the morning when loading up |on fluids for
  38. the test.  Also, avoid taking in too many solids because it may         
  39.                                          |dampen the effect of the
  40. chemical.
  41. |        Two products, Test Free and Naturally Klean, claim to clear any
  42. drug |testing for a few hours after taking.  The companies recommend
  43. abstaing for a |day or two and drinking lots of fluids.  Both companies
  44. claim to have FDA safe |ingredients although they are secretive about
  45. the formula.

  51.     DOPING PISS TESTS, is a last resort method if you are really
  52. desparate.  Abbie Hoffman has rigged a way to substitute clean urine in
  53. the test in his book "Stealing This Urine Test" but I don't have a copy
  54. of the book.
  55.         You can spike the test with certain chemicals, but this only
  56. works on the standard EMIT test and not on RIA or GC/MS tests.  6-10
  57. drops of bleach detergent or blood, a few bleach or Draino crystals
  58. concealed under the fingernails should work.  These methods are going to
  59. effect the urine noticably and could be detected.4
  60.     I have taken this information from literature release by NORML and
  61. it should be reliable, but I won't take the blame if it isn't.
